If you want the GTR team to delete all information related to your account, you can follow this simple process. Please note that we can only delete information stored by GTR; we cannot delete on-chain data or transactions recorded on the blockchain.
Steps to Request Information Deletion:
Compose an Email
Open your email application and compose a new email.
Use the Registered Email ID
Make sure to send the email from the email ID registered with your GTR account. This is essential to verify your identity and ensure your request is processed.

Subject Line
Use a clear subject line, such as: "Request to Delete Account Information" or "Information Deletion Request".
Message Body
In the email body, request the deletion of all information stored by GTR related to your account. For example:
"I would like all information related to my account to be deleted, including transaction history, account data, and other stored details."
